2007 Registered Selle Francais gelding, 16.1h
by Hobby de la Cense (Rosire- ISO 177) x Lynn's Dainty Way,
|Six-year-old SF gelding sired by the successful Selle Francais Grand Prix jumper, Hobby de la Cense out of a
Thoroughbred mare who, prior to her breeding career, was a competitive showjumper. Titan's sire, imported from France,
has won many Grand Prix with his trainer, Richard Rinehart (Indianapolis). He has also claimed many High Amateur/Owner
championships with his owner. His foals show tremendous talent over fences and very tractable dispositions.
Titan has beautiful form over fences and has a wonderful work ethic; very relaxed and easy-to-please on the ground and
under saddle. Very supple in his gaits. Correct conformation, no soundness issues and an easy keeper. Auto lead
changes. Wonderfully balanced canter and gallop. Currently schooling 1.50m.
At the 4-year-old IJF Championship in Lexington, KY (September, '11), he received the award for Consistency and
Rideability. In 2012, he competed successfully in the 5 year-old Young Jumper Championship (YJC) (1.20m), easily
qualifying for Nationals.
In 2013, he competed and won in the 6 year-old YJC (1.25m) again qualifying for Nationals. He also showed at HITS Ocala
where in one of the 1.15m classes, he got 3rd place out of 96 horses.
Titan's 9 year-old half-sister (same father), Megawatt, was exquisitely successful in the 1.15m Child/Adult Jumpers and is
currently in foal to Amaretto D'Arco for Lori's next generation competition horse.
Titan's 9 year-old half-sister (same mother), Quenotte des Lacs, 2013 USDF Zone 5 Champion First Level Dressage, 2012
